Lara bought 14 pallets at £4.50 a pallet, costing a total of £63, along with screws and brackets.

She then purchased a navy water-resistant pallet cushion for £59.99 from eBay, using two of the leftover pallets as a matching table.

Sharing the results, which cost her just £123, Lara explained how her partner and his pal stacked two 120cm by 80cm pallets on top of each other, with an extra side-way pallet for the back.

They then added a bracket and a screw to each unit, before varnishing the furniture and adding the cushions from eBay.
