‘They’re just calling my name’: Sophie Monk reveals the $6 servo snack she’s addicted to in self-isolation

Sophie Monk has been self-isolating with her boyfriend, Joshua Gross, during the coronavirus pandemic.

She told News.com.au on Monday that her diet and exercise routine had suffered.

‘I have no moderation. It’s not in my head. If I ruin the day with bad food, I’m like, “That’s it, I’m just going to eat three pizzas,”‘ Sophie confessed.

‘I didn’t even like pizza before. But it’s just so easy and it comes so quick.’

However, there’s also a $6 service station snack that has lured Sophie in of late.

The former Bardot star sung high praises for Caltex sandwiches: ‘I go there to get my coffee and the sandwiches are just calling my name.’

She’s previously admitted to being a terrible home cook, and has expressed how excited she is to finally be able to head out to restaurants again with the new rules implemented this month for diners across the state.

Despite her new love of pizza and service station sandwiches, Sophie says she’s been keeping in shape by dancing, and doing regular yoga sessions.

While she claims to avoid typical exercise routines, she said she definitely works up a sweat while moving around to the music.
