A Russian Olympic Swimmer showed off her core strength as she trains by ‘swimming’ while balancing on her kitchen counter.

Yuliya Efimova, 28, showed her at-home workout on Instagram as she couldn’t train in the pool due to the coronavirus pandemic.

She put mats under her thighs on the kitchen counter and someone held down her feet on the counter.

Everything from her thighs to her head is suspended in mid-air.

The three-time Olympic medalist started off her workout with breaststroke, which is her specialism.

She then went on to train butterfly stroke, backstroke and front crawl.

At the end of the clip after training the four strokes her body tired and she fell down to the floor.

She had been quarantined in a rental apartment in Los Angeles, but is now moving to a house with a ‘small’ pool, Swimming World Magazine reported.
