Million Dollar Listings star Tracy Tutor lists her ‘forever’ home in Brentwood for $24M after marriage split in sneak peek of show

Tracy Tutor introduces viewers to her latest property in a new episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.

This time however, it’s her own ‘forever home’ in Brentwood, Los Angeles that she listed for a whopping $23.9 million last year, following her split from husband Jason Maltas. 

Tracy, 44, gives a peak into the seven bedroom, 10 bathroom property, which sprawls 10,877 sq ft, in a preview for the Bravo show which airs on Tuesday.

Designed by acclaimed architect Steve Giannetti the residence also boasts a detached guesthouse with a full bedroom suite on the nearly one-acre flat lot.

She also revealed they turned the office into a billiard room and that she kept the ‘Brunswick anniversary edition pool table’ even though ‘Jason wanted it’.

In an earlier video which Bravo shared in May, Tracy explained some of the design details of the home which she said was perfect for entertaining.

She also gave a peak into her large walk-in closet, her bar-lounge area decorated with vivid jewel tones and her dramatic dining room with black walls. 

Unfortunately Tracy didn’t get the full asking price for her home. She eventually sold the property for $19.7 million in November 2019. 

Tutor addressed her divorce in the season 11 premiere in early 2019, revealing that the couple had split after 17 years together. 

They share custody of daughters Juliet and Scarlett.
