And the Academy Award nominee recently enjoyed some sand and sun during a break from isolation.
She cut a funky mom look Monday in a colorful tie-dye swimsuit as she took her family out for a day at the beach in Malibu.

The 41-year-old complemented the backless one-piece with a pair of cutoff denim short shorts.
She kept the sun out of her face with some chunky gold cat-eye sunglasses and a straw hat, featuring a turquoise leather patch.
Hudson finished the beach look with a gold watch and some large costume rings on her fingers.
She carried her floral face mask in her hand as she walked barefoot into the water to check on her kids.
