He’s about to enjoy a massive payday thanks to the Friends special which may film next month if coronavirus restrictions permit.
The Hollywood Reporter has speculated that he and his fellow castmembers Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry will be paid between $2.5 million and $3 million for the one-off show.
It will be the first time that all six stars will have appeared on screen together since the end of the NBC sitcom in 2004 after 10 seasons.

The COVID-19 crisis has put a spanner in some of the plans for the special.
Due to the coronavirus, there will not be a live studio audience as originally planned and it’s been reported that everyone will be tested for the virus before the taping.
However, the production may have to be postponed again as Los Angeles County experiences a surge in COVID-19 cases which has led to the re-closure of indoor venues such as bars, gyms, museums and a mandatory mask order.
