‘It’s been a real labour of love and something myself and my brother @joshwright4444 (my fitness inspo!) have been working away in the background on for months. So excited to finally share this with you all!’.

The transformation snaps come just a day after Mark feared his best friend James Argent would die if he did not go to rehab to treat his cocaine addiction.

He talked about how James, 32, ran away from his attempts to get him to seek treatment during an interview on Loose Women on Monday.

Mark revealed it wasn’t until Boxing Day last year, where after a heavy cocaine binge and spending Christmas alone, Arg text him saying ‘I’ve hit rock bottom. I need to go to rehab’.

Mark flew Arg to a rehab facility The River in Thailand where the star spent 10 weeks.

Speaking of the journey Arg has been on Mark said: ‘ We got him to the rehab centre and he phoned me and said “I’m not staying here. I’m leaving. I don’t know why you’ve done this”.

I said: “Arg, it’s the only route. You need to do this” because he wouldn’t listen to me, he wouldn’t listen to us or take the help.

‘Then he left on his own accord. He got a train home so he was miles away.

‘I called up a counsellor and said “What can I do? I’ve taken every step I can. I’ve got him to the rehab and he’s not staying there. How can I physically make him do this?”

He just said to me: “Sometimes you have to just let them hit rock bottom and then they know they need help because if an addict doesn’t want the help, then you can’t do anything about it”.

‘I was like “but then what if he dies?” and the answer the guy said to me was: “It’s the risk you have to take”.

‘I text him and said “you’re not affecting my life anymore, I’m done”. Obviously I didn’t mean that, I said that to scare him.

On Boxing Day he text me and said: “I’m ready. I’ve hit rock bottom. I need to go to rehab”.

I got on the phone to a rehab centre I researched in Thailand and then I booked it for him the next day and he got on a plane and he went.
