MAFS’ Stacey Hampton insists she ‘saves up’ for everything she owns

‘I am not materialistic’: MAFS’ Stacey Hampton insists she’s not a ‘gold digger’ and ‘saves up’ for everything she owns after showing off her designer wardrobe worth thousands

Married At First Sight’s Stacey Hampton, 26, has once again hit out after receiving nasty comments from trolls.

The mother-of-two unleashed in a fiery Instagram post on Thurday, insisting that she is not ‘materialistic’ or a ‘gold’ digger’ and she ‘saves up’ for everything she owns.

‘Apparently if you have nice things you save up for and choose to buy that instead of a heap of other smaller things, you should be labelled as ‘materialistic’, ‘gold digger’ so forth,’ the mother-of-two wrote on her story.

‘I am not materialistic’: MAFS’ Stacey Hampton has insisted she’s not a ‘gold digger’ and ‘saves up’ for everything she owns

‘This is disgusting. I’m single and if I want to save my damn money and buy nice clothes or jewellery I will.

‘If you want to be negative about it, go message Kylie Jenner or someone who’s younger than me buying Lamborghinis for her daughter. SMH. Rant over.’

Stacey often posts photos of her designer clothing, shoes, accessories and shoes, favouring expensive brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Cartier.

The blonde went on to explain that negative comments can have a serious mental impact, and she wasn’t going to apologise for being herself.

‘This is why people have mental health issues and this is why suicide is getting serious!’ Stacey wrote.

‘I should not have to hide what I work and save for or have been gifted. I’m not here to please you, I’m here to be me and if you don’t like it get off my page and unfollow me because I am… UNAPOLOGETICALLY ME!’

Her latest post comes after Stacey blasted American trolls on her Instagram story, earlier that day after she appeared in a Married At First Sight trailer in the US.

‘I love how the Americans are like “oh my god she has to much botox and filler in her lips,”‘ she said.

‘Babe sit down, you guys are the country that own Botched, BOTCHED. You guys genuinely go out of your way to look F**ked up to get it fixed.’

She continued: ‘Let’s not mention all reality TV shows with all their faces and their face lifts and all that stuff and the big lips came from you guys. Sit down.”

The former reality star was forced to hit back after receiving brutal backlash from American viewers over her surgically-enhanced appearance on the show.

The controversial Channel Nine reality program is being aired in the US on the Lifetime channel.

Many fans were not impressed by the single mother in a trailer that was released on Tuesday featuring infamous wedding to Michael Goonan.

‘I think she needs a little more Botox,’ one viewer commented on Instagram. Another added: ‘I’m so distracted by the “way too much” plastic surgery!’

Married At First Sight premiered on Lifetime on May 27, and will air Wednesday and Thursday nights until all 36 episodes are shown.
