‘It’s crazy how peaceful the planet can be but at the same time how crazy it can be – make sure you take some out for you (and your dogs). Go outside, open a window, walk, breathe, meditate, or even make a good old cup of tea!’

In the short clip, Alizée can be seen donning a grey wet suit and gloves as she paddles herself and two of their dogs across the picturesque lake.

Dog lover James opted to accompany the clip with a peaceful soundtrack, while keeping himself out of camera view.

And followers were quick to gush about the ‘beautiful’ scenery and thanked James for sharing, with one commenting: ‘This looks absolutely stunning’

Another added: ‘Oh wow, looks amazing! Hope you’re well!!’

James didn’t give exact details for where in the Scottish Highlands they went paddleboarding, but tagged The Glen Affric Estate and Masterpiece Estates in his post.

The avid animal lover who works as a host at Scottish hotel Glen Affric Lodge near Loch Ness, had previously kept his Instagram account relatively quiet.

However, the brother of the Duchess of Cambridge has gained a large following in recent years by sharing his quietly wholesome life with his many dogs.

At the beginning of autumn James racked up over 10,000 likes on a post of Alizée walking their dogs in a bikini and £115 black Hunter boots.

He joked about September being unusually warm, as soon as everyone starts preparing for the change in season, captioning the post: ‘When you think it’s nearly autumn, but September throws you a heatwave’
