Indian motorcyclist avoids being crushed as digger hits Jeep 

Motorcyclist narrowly avoids being crushed when an out-of-control digger crashes into a Jeep in terrifying footage

A motorcyclist had a lucky escape as an out-of-control JCB and a car crashed and hurtled towards him on the side of the road. 

The terrifying footage, captured on CCTV cameras, showed the man trying to scramble off his bike as the wrecked vehicles headed towards him in on a national highway in Kerala, India, on Saturday. 

A white Jeep can be seen braking harshly as the oncoming construction vehicle veers across the other side of the road.

The man sitting on his motorcycle is initially unaware of what is happening behind him and to his shock turns around to see the JCB coming towards him. 

Fortunately for him the white car crashes into the large digger and forces it to miss him by inches. 

He is however knocked off his bike and onto the ground as the corner of the white car clips him.

As the JCB and car hurtle towards him the motorcyclist can be seen scrambling to get off his bike

The vehicles come to a halt and the man stumbles out from under the car and away from the scene, checking over his hands and looking down at his jeans which are covered in stains.

Two men come over to check if everyone involved is ok and the man picks up his motorcycle.   

Local reports said the passengers inside the car were not injured but the JCB driver was rushed to a private hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.
