The actress also wore a pair of black boots and added to her look with a matching headband.

Letting her pink locks fall loose down her shoulders, Helen carried a tartan bag with her on the outing.

Meanwhile, her mother Julia wore a pink long-sleeved dress with a floral print as she spent some quality time with her daughter.

Helen was enjoying some free time after isolating with footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair an their two daughters, Matilda, four, and Delilah, 23 months, during the ongoing pandemic.

Speaking in June, Helen insisted she will no longer edit her social media pictures as she wants to be a good role model to her children.

The actress, who admitted her postpartum photos left her ‘self-conscious’, told Instagram followers: ‘I’ve been lucky enough to carry two healthy babies and nurse them both for nearly two years.

‘My skin on my stomach has changed, my boobs massively have (no creepy comments from any creepy men here this is a post about body confidence for other women, I will just delete and block).’

‘The change in my boobs definitely has made me feel less confident in myself but I wouldn’t change a thing.

‘I have cellulite, I don’t have a big bum I have edited it in the past as it’s something I am self conscious of. I’d look at other women on Instagram and put myself down for not looking like that.’

The actress also admitted the brutal death of 46-year-old black man George Floyd at the hands of a white police officer in Minneapolis on May 25th had left her angry and confused, not least because her children are of mixed ethnicity.

She wrote: ‘I’ve been thinking about what the right thing is to say with everything that’s been going on in the news recently.

‘As a mother to mixed raced/black children it is scary and it makes me feel really so very angry. Anger so deep.’

She added: ‘I am so very protective as a mother is. I don’t understand racism I have family and friends I love of all different races and religions.’
