‘Good news!’ Megan Gale makes a VERY big announcement with former AFL star fiancé Shaun Hampson
Megan Gale and fiancé Sean Hampson have shared some ‘good news’.
The couple posted a video to Instagram on Thursday where they revealed their Melbourne-based cafe was on the verge of re-opening.
The pair were forced to close Ascot Food + Wine two and a half months ago due to restrictions placed on restaurants amid the coronavirus pandemic.

In the footage, Megan said: ‘So it was probably about two and a half months ago where we jumped on and thanked everyone for their support of Ascot Food + Wine during those crazy COVID times.’
‘We ended up closing our doors like a lot of cafes, but as of tomorrow…
‘ …We’re reopening!’ Shaun jumped in excitedly, before adding, ‘and we are looking forward to getting back to it.’

Megan and Shaun opened the cafe with their friend, chef Dave Stewart, in December 2017.
The genetically blessed couple have been together for over nine years. They became engaged in 2017.
Before the coronavirus pandemic, Shaun and Megan revealed they were planning to tie the knot in a small ceremony this year.
They share two children, son River, six, and daughter Rosie, two.
