‘I think I’m just gay’: Abbie Chatfield reveals she feels like a ‘liar’ and a ‘traitor’ when she dates men… following television flings with Matt Agnew, Ciarran Stott and Ash Williams

After last year revealing she identifies as bisexual, Abbie Chatfield has now said she’s ‘just gay’.

Speaking on her podcast, It’s A Lot, on Tuesday, the 25-year-old former Bachelor star admitted it had taken her a long time to come to terms with her sexuality.

‘Even though I’d slept with girls and I’d eaten p***y, I was like, “Nah, I’m so straight,”‘ she confessed.

The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! winner added: ‘I think I’m just gay.’

Abbie said her first sexual experience with another woman had led to a lot of ‘weird internalised homophobia’.

She explained that she’d been on holidays in Amsterdam when she tried to kiss a girl who bluntly rejected her advances.

And she admitted that she’s been known to ask men she’s been intimate with if they think she’s ‘just gay’.

Abbie, who has enjoyed public flings with both Matt Agnew and Ash Williams, confessed that she feels like a ‘liar’ and a ‘traitor’ when she dates men.

Abbie confessed that she still feels confusion around her sexuality, and said she often alternates between feeling straight and gay, which is why she is ‘most comfortable saying I am bi’.

She said it was only after her highly publicised appearance on 2019’s season of The Bachelor that she realised she wasn’t straight.

‘I had slept with one woman and wasn’t sure. It was after The Bachelor that I had the realisation,’ she added.
