Ex-NRL WAG Arabella Del Busso shows off her figure as she reveals her gruelling workout routine

She’s the former NRL WAG who isn’t afraid to show off her incredible figure online. 

And on Monday, Arabella Del Busso revealed how she keeps in such great shape, as she showed fans her gruelling workout that she uses to keep fit. 

The 30-year-old shared on Instagram a video of herself doing a series of squats and exercises with a weighted bag, at her local boxing gym in Melbourne.  

Arabella looked flawless in a white crop top and matching high-waisted bike shorts, that left little to the imagination.  

The tattooed brunette performed a series of lunges and squats with the weight wrapped around her shoulders. 

‘Taking training to a new level,’ Arabella captioned one video. 

Arabella is a fan of boxing and recently said that the sport ‘changed her life’ both ‘mentally and physically.’

‘It doesn’t matter how hard life can get, the minute the glove connects with the pad, it’s like every negative thing slips away and I walk away knowing I can tackle anything that comes my way,’ she said. 

It comes after Arabella raised eyebrows yet again on Monday when she stripped down for a very naughty photo shoot.

The 30-year-old sent pulses racing as she flaunted her figure in sheer lingerie and red-bottomed heels while posing suggestively on her knees.

Arabella cast a sultry stare at the camera while arching her back and kicking up her stilettos.

Following her tumultuous relationship with NRL star Josh Reynolds, Arabella’s fame has continued to grow. 

She now has no trouble turning heads, and even has a host of famous admirers.

Last week, the socialite caught the eye of Married At First Sight star Rhyce Power, who was busted ‘liking’ several of her raunchy Instagram photos.
