Doctor reveals how he can melt away tummy fat in an HOUR using non-surgical technique

A doctor has revealed how he can melt away fat within an hour using a clever non-surgical method which requires zero recovery time.

Dr Dinesh Maini, owner and founder of Zenith Cosmetic Clinics, uses the minimally invasive fat reduction method Bodytite, which targets specific stubborn areas including the arms, tummy, back, thighs and even the face.

The permanent method, loved by celebrities such as Paula Abdul, uses radiofrequency assisted lipolysis (RFAL) tightening heat therapy and gently melts fat cells so they can then be easily removed from the body through a tiny inserted tube.

Prices for the procedure, which both removes fat and tightens skin simultaneously, vary, but generally start from £3,300 depending on the area treated and the device used.

Speaking to FEMAIL, Dr Dinesh said: ‘The procedure is carried out using local anaesthetic, which means it is no more uncomfortable than receiving an injection from the dentist.

‘Once the area has been anaesthetised, patients should feel no pain.

‘The results are instant, but the body continues to tighten over the coming weeks after the procedure, with full results visible within 3-6 months.’

At the same time, the heat therapy works to tighten the skin and connective tissues for a firmer, more refined and toned look.

During the session, an electrode with a thermostat is moved across the skin to generate heat at the required area, while another electrode with a small, thin suction cannula, approximately 3mm in width, is inserted under the skin to suck out the now broken down fat cells and melted fat.

Dinesh explained that while the fat can return after the procedure due to an unhealthy lifestyle, he ‘rarely’ sees his clients regain weight in the same spot.

‘The results are permanent but as with all fat reduction procedures, poor nutritional choices and lack of exercise could mean the fat could pile back on over time’, he observed.

‘That being said, in my experience, I have rarely seen the fat return to the exact location treated with BodyTite.’

He added that every BodyTite patient he treats undergoes one-on-one sessions with his team in the months after their procedure.

‘During these sessions, we advise them on their nutritional choices including the benefits of a good diet and regular exercise to maintain their newly reduced weight,’ he said.

Unlike other fat reduction methods, which melt the fat but leave it in for the body to metabolise over time, BodyTite gently sucks and removes the fat, providing instant results.

‘The heat also seals the blood vessels, leading to less bruising and quicker recovery’, added Dinesh.

The doctor said the procedure can, in many cases, reduce the need for a tummy tuck if the lower belly is loose after a caesarean section delivery.

‘The procedure is really quick and can often be carried out in the space of a lunch break,’ he added.

‘Patients are also able to be awake during the whole procedure, meaning they are often free to go home straight after with no overnight stays.

‘I have been performing BodyTite procedures for over 10 years and there is no other technique that gives such impressive results without surgery and within such a short space of time.’
