The night-time spa session was recorded at a grandmother’s home in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania.
In the video, the American black bear is caught appearing from a tree line at the back of the quiet rural home.
The inquisitive animal soon spots the water in the blue paddling pool and goes over to investigate.
The black bear then steps over the side into the inflatable, before lying down and getting comfortable.

The next day, grandmother Cyria became suspicious when she saw her grandson’s pool was dirty, which was odd considering the water was clear the last time she checked.
She decided it best to check back on her nightcam and was shocked to discover the home had had an unexpected visitor.
Cyria said: ‘I went back and looked at the video an I went “Oh, my goodness”.’
‘There was the entire scene of the bear going straight to the pool, jumping in, and he was having a grand ole time.’
