He’s the former Australian Geordie Shore star known for his chiselled six-pack abs.
But after three months of ‘binging on KFC’ in isolation, Alex Macpherson is on a mission to get his killer body back.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Alex, 24, revealed that he’s gained nine kilos while in lockdown.

He said: ‘I honestly thought to myself, ”you know what, f**k fitness for three months” and just ate whatever I wanted.’
Alex explained that while in lockdown, he ate everything from McDonald’s and KFC to takeaway Chinese food.
‘I’ve enjoyed the dad bod, but it’s time for my abs back,’ he said.

But with the ease of restrictions, the reality star revealed it was time to return to the gym.
Sharing a photo of his dramatic weight gain, Alex admitted: ‘Not going to lie, I’ve enjoyed my time off exercising.’
‘I wasn’t eating right, staying home and just eating snacks, embracing the dad bod.’

The MTV star went on to say he was shocked to see how much money he spent on UberEats alone.
Meanwhile, it appears things are going strength-to-strength with his girlfriend, who he met in 2019 following his stint on the UK reality show spin-off.
However, Alex decided to keep her identity under wraps, adding: ‘I like that about her, it shows she’s not with me because of the show or clout.’

Alex was one of four Australians who took part in the Down Under-based season of Geordie Shore.
At the time, producers were drawn in by his turbulent relationship with Sophie Kasaei.
