With lockdown 2.0 fast approaching, Zara McDermott decided to squeeze in one last gym session on Wednesday.
The Love Island star, 23, showcased her killer abs in as she seductively pulled down her icy grey gym leggings for a mirror selfie.
Zara told her fans she had a ‘busy day ahead’ and so had decided to get up early to have a personal training session with her PT Christopher Barker.

Zara, who overhauled her lifestyle last year and dropped a staggering two stone, teased her sculpted figure in the cropped sportswear.
She wore her hair in a high bun and went make-up free for the session. Pulling down her leggings to show off her taut midriff, the Made In Chelsea star captioned the snap: ‘Abs loading’.
Zara is no doubt finding some comfort in fitness after being rebuffed by her ex Sam Thompson in her desperate attempts to salvage their broken relationship.

Despite advice from various MIC co-stars, including Sam’s ex Tiffany Watson, telling her to play it cool, Zara has tried various trying to win Sam, 28, back after she cheated on him with a colleague on Celebrity X Factor last year.
On Monday’s episode of Made In Chelsea, Sam was visited by his pal Reza Amiri-Garroussi who came bearing a letter from Zara.
On the break up, Reza said: ‘Got to say though after meeting her, I did feel bad for her. She’s in a bad way. It’s a s*** situation for everyone involved. But she really is upset. Legit.’
Sam then broke down while reading out the letter from Zara, which read: ‘Dear Sam, since you’ve been away I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting on a lot of things. I’ve reflected on my life and our life together and also the kind of life I want to live…

‘I’m so deeply ashamed of my actions and the way I hurt you. I was selfish, immature and stupid. There is no excuse.’
Reza then told Zara that Sam is ‘completely out,’ despite her attempts and letter to win him back to which she cried.
Over the weekend, Zara shared an impassioned throwback post of her and Sam kissing from a photoshoot they did with Argos.
It read: ‘I choose you. And I’ll choose you over and over. Without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat. I’ll keep choosing you’.
Zara, who dated the MIC star for around a year, didn’t tag Sam in the romantic photograph and he is yet to comment on her latest declaration of love.
The former Love Island star still follows her ex on the photo-sharing app however Sam unfollowed her after the cheating allegations came to light.
The post comes after Sam mocked the moment Zara begged for his forgiveness on TV in a now-deleted video, before later apologising for causing any offence and insisting he asked for her permission.
