He’s currently ruffling feathers on Channel 10’s The Bachelorette, as he fights to win Elly Miles’ heart.
But it’s not the first stint of reality TV that James ‘Harry’ Harris has done.

Harris had appeared on the show with his partner Kate Whiting – who he shares five-year-old son Xavier with – but the pair called it quits in 2018 after nine years together.
The couple made the grand final of the Channel Seven renovation series, but missed out on the $200,000 top prize to Aaron and Daniella Winter.
Discussing their split at the time, Kate said the couple – who were renowned for their fiery conflicts on the show – would remain ‘great friends’ and agreed to co-parent Xavier who is their ‘number one priority’.
‘It is with great sadness we share that Harry and I are no longer together,’ Kate penned on Instagram.

‘Over the last few months we have been making this transition process as smooth as possible for our little man,’ Kate continued.
‘We are both committed to co-parenting Xave, with his well-being as our number one priority.’
She added to Adelaide’s The Advertiser: ‘We’ve been working on our relationship for a while – it’s not something we gave up on. We just drifted apart. That happens sometimes I think, especially when you get together at such a young age.’
The Adelaide-based hunk certainly turned heads upon his arrival to the Bachelorette mansion – as he was handed the coveted ‘Country Rose’ for giving the best first impression to sisters Elly and Becky.

He was then able to choose another suitor to take on a double date with the ladies, tactically choosing Shannon Karaka – who made himself known to be a fan of Elly’s sister, Becky.
Speaking about his decision to appear on the show, Harry told WHO: ‘I’m here to find love.
‘I’m older and I’ve been in love before, and I really want someone to spoil.’
