The presenter, who is expecting her second child with husband Spencer Matthews, kept a watchful eye on the 17-month old as he rode his trike close to their London home.
The pair were accompanied by family dog Winston while getting some much needed fresh air as the country adapts to a sixth week of lockdown in the fight against the novel coronavirus COVID-19.

The Irish star added to her casual look with a green quilted jacket, while black trainers and heavily tinted sunglasses rounded things off.
Meanwhile Theodore looked adorable in a colourful Adidas tracksuit and safety helmet as he pushed himself along on his three-wheeler.
