Vanderpump Rules: Beau Clark nervously seeks blessing to propose to Stassi Schroeder during trip

Beau Clark nervously asked for permission to marry Stassi Schroeder on Tuesday’s episode of Vanderpump Rules.

The 39-year-old commercial casting director called up her father Mark during a group trip to Las Vegas for the second wedding of Tom Schwartz, 37, and Katie Maloney, 33.

Beau after checking into their room at Caesars Palace cracked open a beer and took a couple sips before calling Mark.

‘I, uh, I was trying to call and talk to you,’ Beau stammered.

He was then shown in a confessional saying that Mark was ‘intimidating’.

‘I want to get your permission to propose to Stassi,’ he said on speakerphone.

‘Uh. You know, it’s funny, I found out that you had a lot of apprehension about going out with her when you first started going out,’ Mark responded as Beau paced nervously.

‘You don’t always know what might be a perfect fit for you, so, of course, Beau,’ Mark said as a wave of relief washed over Beau.

‘I think y’all balance each other strong, and I think y’all would make a great couple, so, yeah, I’m very pleased to hear that, Beau,’ Mark added.

‘Thanks, Mark. That means a lot to me. I really appreciate it. So, I promise I’ll make a good son-in-law when the time happens,’ Beau said.

‘Yeah, well, the problem is, I just can’t promise she’ll make a good wife,’ Mark quipped.

‘Burn!,’ Beau laughed. ‘I’m totally going to let her know that you said that, too.’

He then thanked Mark for the blessing and took another sip of his beer.

‘Oh, s***,’ he sighed.

Stassi, 31, officiated the second wedding along with Tom Sandoval, 36, to make it official after Schwartz lost their marriage certificate.

Sandoval wore an Elvis costume for the ceremony while Stassi dressed as a nun.

‘Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness a once in a …twice in a lifetime thing,’ Stassi joked.

‘I don’t know anything about marriage …Beau!,’ she quipped while continuing to put pressure on him for a proposal.

‘But I feel like this is all Schwartz’s fault and Schwartz now gets his dream wedding of all of us getting s***-faced in Vegas,’ Stassi added.

Katie and Schwartz exchanged new vows lead by Sandoval and Stassi including to be each other’s ‘ride or die’ for the rest of their lives and ‘in the afterlife’.

‘This is the perfect wedding for Katie and Tom,’ said Jax Taylor, 40.

Stassi also celebrated as she caught the bouquet even though nobody else even tried.

Beau during a group dinner after the wedding also informed Lisa Vanderpump, 59, that he planned on proposing to Stassi.

‘She is fantastic,’ Beau told her and Lisa volunteered to host a party for them after the proposal.

The ‘proof of marriage’ certificate was signed after the wedding, but Schwartz somehow managed to lose it again.

‘I don’t know where it is, Bubba,’ Schwartz told her the next morning.

‘I married an imbecile, but it’s okay,’ Katie said.

Lisa earlier in the episode decided to teach Schwartz a lesson for losing the first marriage certificate.

She planted a black bra in his luggage and Tom was surprised to find it.

‘I think that’s yours,’ he told Katie while unpacking at the hotel.

‘No, it’s not,’ she replied as Tom looked nervous. ‘I’ve never seen that before in my life. It’s not my bra!’

‘Bubba, yes it is!,’ he told her while she insisted that it wasn’t.

‘Dude, what are you doing to me, man? I’m so f***ed,’ Schwartz complained.

Schwartz declared his innocence in a confessional.

‘You know, I’ve got a clear conscience, nothing to hide, so get the fricking DNA tests out,’ he said.

Lisa then confided to Katie that his luggage came to her room and she put her bra in his suitcase.

‘And I just didn’t want you to be upset, because, listen, he didn’t file the paperwork. Everybody’s always saying he gets away with s***, okay, and he’s never held accountable. So let’s hold him accountable for something he didn’t do,’ Lisa told her.

‘He’s gonna s*** himself. Let’s do it,’ Katie agreed.

The next morning before their wedding Katie told Tom the bra was bothering her.

‘I don’t know if we should do this today, because there’s a bra in your bag that’s not mine. I don’t know if I can marry you,’ she said.

‘Bubba! Don’t do that,’ Schwartz said as he crumbled on the bed.

‘I’m just f***ng with you,’ Katie told him as Schwartz correctly guessed the bra belonged to Lisa.

Schwartz after admitting that he lost their paperwork again found a silver lining.

‘Even though I lost the certificate, I didn’t lose what matters most: Lisa’s bra,’ Schwartz said in a confessional after admitting that he liked the smell of Lisa’s undergarment.

While the wedding party raged in Las Vegas, Kristen Doute, 37, felt miserable over not being invited.

‘I muted Katie, Stassi and Beau’s [Instagram] stories. I don’t want to see it, I don’t want to accidentally hit it. I don’t want to feel sad. People f**ing suck,’ she told Scheana Shay, 34, who didn’t attend the wedding because she was having her eggs retrieved.

‘They really really f***king hurt my feelings and I can’t take fighting with my now two ex best friends. Happy wedding,’ Kristen added.

Kristen in a confessional said not being invited was ‘f***ing devastating’.

‘This is literally my ride or die, two best friends. How do we keep going through these huge life moments without each other. I’m f***ing heartbroken,’ she said.

Scheana revealed that her egg retrieval procedure was a success.

‘Nine were good. So, even if it’s one, then I’ll have 10. I will never put my body through this again. They knock me out and retrieve the egg in under five minutes. Then, I just have to wait and sit here and find out if even just one of the eggs are viable,’ she said.

The episode also showed TomTom general manager Max Boyens hooking up with Scheana look-alike Karrah who worked at the new Vanderpump Cocktail Garden inside Caesars Palace.

Dayna Kathan and Brett Caprioni also continued their new romance and went on a double-date with James Kennedy and Raquel Leviss.
