This became a turning point for Chloe, who became determined to fight it: ‘After that I was so angry that I missed out, I thought I’m not having it and began fighting it.

‘I came off the medication and had horrendous side effects for two weeks. But I managed to get off them and I’d battle it out in my own mind. I used to have to tell myself that all the time.’

Detailing how different her life is now, she said: ‘Now I don’t wake up feeling anxious, the only time I feel it now is if people mention anxiety and I feel it in my chest.

Chloe went on to explain that all she has been left with from her ordeal is the fear of driving outside her hometown of Brentwood and not appearing on live TV.

She said: ‘The only thing I was left with was that I can’t drive outside of Brentwood. Because my first one was in a car. I now get so nervous when anyone gets too close.’

‘I feel like I’ve come really far and getting to the point where I don’t have it on a daily basis. It really blocks you from doing things, I still haven’t done live TV…

‘I’ve said no to live TV for the past five years.I am so fearful of it coming back that now I just stick to my daily routine.’
