It was a huge night for Timothée Chalamet: the Academy Award-nominated actor hosted Saturday Night Live for the first time.

And just hours later, the following morning, the New York City native was spotted while out on a late breakfast run in Manhattan.

The Call Me By Your Name star was the picture of a casual Sunday in the fashion department dressed in red Adidas sweatpants as he casually made his way to a cafe.

Chalamet, 24, had a confident and brisk strut during his walk down the familiar streets of Manhattan all by himself.

And with a black protective mask over his mouth and nose, the acclaimed actor didn’t seem to draw any attention to himself.

It may have also helped that his normally trendy style of cloths were replaced by sweatpants, a black fleece and a rusty-brown jacket.

The casual ensemble was rounded out with white sneakers and brown and white striped socks.

After arriving at the cafe, Chalamet headed inside seemingly for some food and coffee.

He eventually reappeared back on the streets with a cup of joe to-go in hand. After gathering himself for a brief second, the Little Women star made sure his mask was firmly set on his face and then headed back the way he came.

Being born and raised in Manhattan, Chalamet was obviously honored to be hosting the legendary sketch-comedy series, especially with musical guests Bruce Springsteen And The E-Street Band.

During the opening monologue, he revealed that his mother, Nicole Flender, occasionally worked on SNL as a ‘background actor.’ He even had producers play a clip of her in the show’s famous Massive Head Wound Harry in the early 1990s that featured Dana Carvey and the late Chris Farley.

‘Yep. That’s my mom,’ Chalamet gushed, as the audience cheered and applauded, before adding: ”She almost got spit on by Chris Farley!’

With his mother watching from the audience, the Homeland alum credited her for being ‘the reason [he] is alive and why [he] has an acting career.’
