Tiffany Haddish and her quarantine buddy Common meet up with Megan Thee Stallion at a BLM protest

She revealed earlier this weekend that she had PTSD from ‘watching friends being killed by the police.’

Tiffany Haddish did her part to stop those killings when she joined a sizable crowd at a Black Lives Matter protest in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The 40-year-old actress and comedian was joined the rapper Common, 48, who has been quarantining with her amid the coronavirus pandemic, and the two met up with fellow rapper Megan Thee Stallion, 25.

Tiffany was holding back with her white ‘FedUp’ T-shirt, designed to look like the FedEx logo and featuring the Black Lives Matter hashtag, which she previously wore at a protest on Friday.

She paired the top with simple dark jeans and navy trainers, and she wore her hair up in a mass of black and brown braids.

Common was also dressed casually in a black graphic T-shirt with black cargo pants.

Unlike her friends, Megan put on an unmissable display with her teal Champion cropped tank top and a matching set of leggings.

Though the Hot Girl Summer rapper ignored social distancing recommendations, she wore a turquoise filter mask that looked as if it came from a Mortal Combat game to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

Tiffany and Common both shared hugs with Megan, and the Girls Trip star was also joined by friends including actress Bresha Webb, singer Skyetunes and actress Jasmin Brown.

Bresha’s sign prominently featured a photo of Breonna Taylor, a 27-year-old Black woman in Louisville, Kentucky, who was shot eight times by police after they broke her door down in an attempted drug sting.

The no-knock warrant was served for an individual who didn’t even live with Taylor, and who had already been detained by police at the time of the raid.

Earlier this month, Radley Balko of The Washington Post revealed that the officers involved in the raid had violated a Supreme Court decision when filling out the request for a no-knock warrant.

The FBI announced it was opening an investigation into the police shooting, and the Louisville Metropolitan Police Department Chief Steve Conrad was removed from his post at the beginning of the month after a Black man was shot and killed by members of the Kentucky National Guard.

Conrad was removed after it was revealed that LMPD officers present at the shooting had their body cameras turned off.

On Friday, Tiffany opened up about her PTSD brought on by the police killings of Black people while speaking to CNN.

‘I got PTSD watching my friends being killed by the police,’ the Night School star said. ‘It’s scary, you shouldn’t be scared to be in America.

‘It’s supposed to be the land of the free, the home of the brave and you’re supposed to be able to have a pursuit of happiness. We’re just trying to pursue that you don’t get killed today,’ she continued.

The comedian went on to mention that she’s regularly stopped by police while driving in her Beverly Hills neighborhood.

‘And I got a Tesla,’ she added with morbid humor.
