‘Don’t they know who you are?’ Behind-the-scenes video of The Voice reveals bizarre job of one assistant in Delta Goodrem’s entourage
It takes a team of people to get Delta Goodrem in front of the cameras on The Voice.
Ahead of Sunday’s season premiere, the 35-year-old shared a behind-the-scenes video racing through Fox Studios to the show’s stage with her entourage.
Running considerably late as her co-stars were already sat in their spinning chairs, one assistant was tasked with an unlikely job to help get Delta on-set in time.

As Delta ran through the dimly-lit wings of Sydney’s Fox Studios before filming started, the member of production ran alongside her holding a torch.
His entire job appeared to simply be to shine it on the ground in front of Delta as she ran, ensuring she had a clear path with no obstacles or trip hazards in her way.
This meant the Innocent Eyes songstress could safely see where she was sprinting.

Several other people ran alongside Delta as she rushed to the studio set.
One of them appeared to be a makeup artist. The singer shouted several inaudible comments about makeup products as they ran together.
The clip caused much hilarity among Delta’s fans as she shared it to Instagram.
‘Damn girl, you need a golf buggy! Don’t they know who you are?’ joked one person.
