The Masked Singer’s Katie Noonan reveals the secret cast on the show

Katie Noonan reveals the identity of the elusive Puppet and others on The Masked Singer… after she was unmasked as the Sloth

The Masked Singer saw Katie Noonan revealed as the sloth on Tuesday night’s episode of the reality series. 

And now the singer has revealed her own picks as to who are the singers behind those elaborate costumes. 

Speaking to WHO Magazine on Wednesday, Katie revealed she believed that Puppet was Wiggles star, Simon Pryce.

‘I can 100 per cent say I never saw or heard anybody else in my time there,’ she said, making it clear she was only guessing. 

‘Except I overheard someone doing a vocal warm up which I think was Puppet which I’m pretty sure is Simon the Wiggle.’ 

She continued: ‘I was hearing his voice because it was so loud. I was literally going to the toilet and I was like ”Holy Moly,” it’s so loud.’

Queen: Kate Miller-Heidke

Frillneck: Eddie Perfect

Kitten: Celeste Barber

Cactus: Lucy Durack

Dragon: Courtney Act 

Wizard:  Isiah Firebrace

Bushranger: not sure  

The former George frontwoman made a number of other guesses as who was behind those crazy costumes on the show. 

Katie said she believed the Queen was definitely Eurovision star, Kate Miller-Heidke. 

She went on to say she believed the Frillneck was actor, Eddie Perfect and the Kitten was comedian Celeste Barber.  

Katie went on to say the Cactus was musical theatre queen, Lucy Durack. While she believed the dragonfly was drag star, Courtney Act.  

She guessed Wizard is Isiah Firebrace, and was uncertain who the Bushranger could be. 

Katie’s time came to an end on Tuesday night’s episode of the show.   

After taking off her mask, the acclaimed 43-year-old chanteuse left the judges stunned, with none of them able to guess her identity.

‘Hey, you guys already have a season under your belt. How did you get it this wrong?!’ marvelled new judge Urzila Carlson.

After rattling off Katie’s list of musical accomplishments, host Osher Günsberg labelled her as ‘one of the greatest voices in the country’.

Katie then said she wanted to go on the show in order to get out of her comfort zone.   

‘I love the idea of getting out of my comfort zone. It’s something that I’ve always really been into,’ she continued.

When asked how the experience of appearing on the show disguised as a Sloth compared to playing concerts around the world, Katie admitted it didn’t.

‘It doesn’t [compare]. To anything. Couldn’t possibly compare to anything,’ she laughed.
