Teddi Mellencamp carries a bag of Chick-fil-A after showing off her weight loss journey

She runs a health program, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t appreciate fast food.   

Teddi Mellencamp was spotted carrying a bag from Chick-fil-A in Los Angeles on Wednesday.  

The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star, 38, held the bag with gloved hands as she juggled her wallet and keys.  

The reality star often posts about healthy eating on her Instagram, so it’s unknown if the food was reserved for just her family, or if Teddi planned on partaking as well.   

The star wore a lilac hued sweatshirt and styled her dirty blonde locks into loose, easy waves that cascaded down her back.

Whether or not she was enjoying a cheat day, Teddi was spotted squeezing in some exercise earlier that same day.

The reality star was seen on a brisk walk with her daughters Isabella, 10, and Slate, seven. 

The girls walked their curious pooches on pink leashes as Teddi followed close behind. 

Like many other parents, Teddi has been riding out the pandemic with all of the kids at home.

Teddi has been posting snippets of their life in self-isolation onto her Instagram account, on top of her usual snaps promoting her coaching program, All In By Teddi. 

Earlier this week, she showed off her own weight loss in an Instagram snap reflecting on the power of health.

‘I know times are uncertain. But I know that without my commitment to myself and my health I would be in a worse space mentally,’ she wrote in a lengthy caption promoting All In By Teddi.
