Instagram star Tammy Hembrow is no stranger to pushing the rules of Instagram. 

But on Monday, the 25-year-old social media sensation outdid herself. 

On Instagram, Tammy showed a clip of herself withering around a sun lounge topless as she cupped her ample assets.

The blonde bombshell proved she certainly isn’t shy as she moved into a number of positions, being careful not to spill out of her hand bra. 

Tammy donned a simple pair of canary yellow string bikini bottoms while showcasing her bronzed curves in the raunchy video. 

The clip was from a throwback of her time in Bora Bora.  

‘More birthday memories, ugh’ she wrote on the eyebrow-raising clip. ‘Can’t wait for this again after all this is over.’

Tammy has been keeping herself busy lately in isolation, filming a number of workout videos for her fans to get a curvaceous derrière like hers.

The mother-of-two shared a series of clips last Wednesday, demonstrating various techniques that she uses to build the muscles of her famous asset. 

Donning $89 white activewear high-waisted leggings and a matching crop top from her brand Saski Collection, Tammy went through four different targeted exercises.

First, she went on her forearms and knees to do an aptly-named exercise called fire hydrants, lifting one leg up and down.

She followed that with bow taps, which involved extending one leg out and moving it on either side of her bent leg.   

For both these exercises, Tammy strapped additional weights to her ankles. 

She moved on to side lunge shifts, lowering her body into squat position moving her weight from side-to-side while holding a hefty-looking dumbbell in each hand.  

Tammy finished off the simple set with squats, lifting one leg to the side between each one, using the dumbbells and a resistance band across her thighs.   

‘Four exercises that help target the SIDES of ur [peach emoji],’ Tammy wrote in the caption.
