The Made In Chelsea star, 32, who is in a relationship with Sophie Habboo, 27, said Karen, 38, ‘whispers the steps in my ear’ in a bid to help them for their Charleston to Zero To Hero from Hercules for Saturday’s movie week show.

Jamie told The Sun: ‘Honestly, Karen comes to me in my room at night. Last night I woke up and Karen was in my room.
‘I’m like, “Karen what are you doing here?” And she said, “Sorry, I was whispering into your ear”.
‘I tell her, ‘Alright, but listen, we’ve got a show to do and I need sleep, alright?, You get back to your room’. I honestly think Karen crawls into my room at night and she whispers into my ear what the steps have to be, and somehow it goes into your mind because you wake up one day and go, “Oh my God, that’s what this is, that’s what that is”.’

Earlier this week, Jamie was surprised by his girlfriend Sophie on his 32nd birthday.
The TV personality shared a glimpse at Sophie’s preparations via Instagram, after posting a video of the pair in bed after they first woke up.
Habbs looked delighted as she cuddled Jamie and wished him a happy birthday, while he told fans how tired he was feeling because of training for the dance competition show.

Jamie admitted that he realised being ‘unfaithful to women’ is not a ‘charming’ way to live, but he also does not have any regrets about his past.

Speaking to new! magazine, Jamie insisted he has changed his behaviour since his early days on the show and is now happily settled down with Sophie.

He said: ‘You soon realise that a life being unfaithful to women isn’t a charming life to live. It is not respected and people don’t look at you terribly fondly.
‘You soon realise your mistakes and learn from them. I’ve certainly learnt from mine. I don’t regret anything but I’ll never forget upsetting others and myself.’
Last year, Jamie’s dalliance with Rosi Mai Waldon was revealed to his then new love interest Sophie – leaving everyone involved devastated.
Back in 2016, the star confessed that he couldn’t remember whether or not he had locked lips with another girl on a skiing trip while he was dating Frankie.
