Holey Moley indeed! TV host Sonia Kruger, 55, flaunts her age-defying physique as she sizzles in a black bikini

She’ll celebrate her 56th birthday in August, but Sonia Kruger looked half her age as she turned up the heat poolside on Thursday.

The 55-year-old Holey Moley host sizzled in a black low-cut bikini top and matching high-waisted bottoms in a photo posted to Instagram.

‘Trying to be cool by the pool,’ she captioned the photo.

Her bikini was by Monday Swimwear and retails for $267, and she also wore a pink floral kaftan from Flannel.

Sonia posed facing the camera, with her left hand on her waist and her right hand tucked behind her blonde, shoulder-length tresses.

The bombshell, who stood on her tiptoes for the photo, teamed her look with oversize sunglasses and a white hat, which sat on the deckchair behind her.

Sonia’s post follows the launch of Channel Seven’s new miniature golf series, as she downplayed the amount of on-set accidents among the Holey Moley contestants.

A bombshell report claimed contestants suffered numerous injuries while filming the extreme mini golf obstacle course.

One suffered 12 broken ribs, two others broke their ankles, and there were a number of concussions when the show filmed in 2020, Woman’s Day reported on Monday.

'Everyone threw themselves into these challenges, and there's bound to be a few bumps and bruises along the way, but it's never as bad as it looks,' said Sonia of the on-set injuries. Pictured hosting Holey Moley

The show apparently brought so many on-set accidents that American commentator Rob Riggle fled back to the US in a hurry, ‘shocked by the carnage’.

Seven declined to comment on the story when approached, but did not deny the injuries taking place.
