Shia LaBeouf snaps up luxurious $5.475 million Mediterranean-style villa with ELEVATOR in Pasadena

Shia LaBeouf is the proud new owner of a $5.475 million Mediterranean-style villa in Pasadena, California.

The palatial, 4,137 square feet property comes with four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and even an elevator, according to the Los Angeles Times.  

Housed beneath a gorgeous Spanish-style tile roof, the aesthetically-pleasing three story home is located by the Huntington Library in San Marino.

The interior of the house is a mixture of effortlessly chic and rugged touches.  

Shia’s new home comes with hardwood floor and high beam ceilings, making the home appear especially spacious on the inside.

Shia will be able to relax by the fireplace in multiple rooms of his room. 

One of the fireplaces is located conveniently by the kitchen, so Shia will be able to kick back by the fireside in between cooking meals. 

With plenty of space and an island counter, the kitchen is definitely a sight to behold.   

In addition to the island fixture, a counter full of cupboards wraps around the entire kitchen, providing plenty of space to prepare food. 

Low-hanging lanterns add a modern touch. 

For those days when it’s time to unwind, Shia’s home even comes with a large bathtub.  

When Shia isn’t inside, he can relax outside in his home’s gorgeous patio.

After rising to fame on the Disney series Even Stevens, Shia has appeared in a slew of films including the Transformers series and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
