Shayna Jack collapses and is rushed to the infirmary after Nick Cummins crushes her on SAS Australia

Shayna Jack suffered a crushing blow during a brutal game of murder ball on Tuesday’s episode of SAS Australia.

The 21-year-old swimmer was fighting for control of a tyre when Nick ‘Honey Budger’ Cummins was called into the game.

Without hesitating, the 33-year-old former rugby union player came running in at full speed, before zeroing in on Shayna and knocking her to the ground.

Shayna was heard groaning as she collapsed into the mud, as Nick continued to fight for the tyre.

But even as the game ended, Shayna was still seen lying on the ground, clutching her midsection in pain.

‘I think she got hurt. I think she got winded by Honey Badger,’ one of the celebrity recruits could be heard saying off-camera.

The show’s chief instructor, Ant Middleton, helped Shayna off the ground, as she continued to gasp and clutch at her side.

Struggling to catch her breath, Shayna jogged back to the other recruits, before gasping for air as she cried.

‘Come on, deep breaths. You’re alright, you’re alright. You did really well,’ fellow recruit Candice Warner assured her.

But as they returned to the base camp later that night, an injured Shayna collapsed as she stepped out of the truck.

‘We need a doctor! Staff! Staff! We need a doctor! Urgent!’ the clearly concerned recruits were heard yelling, as Merrick Watts instructed Jackson Warne to find a medic.

Meanwhile, Shayna could be heard crying and gasping for air as she laid on the ground, as another recruit urged her to breathe.

‘She said she might have a broken rib, it feels like a broken rib,’ explained a solemn Nick.

‘It’s just a bruise. You’ve just had a cracker of a hit, a big hit,’ the doctor told her.

Nick was at the centre of another brutal incident during Monday’s premiere episode, when he went up against Sabrina Frederick in a boxing match.

Despite his initial hesitation to fight the 23-year-old AFLW player, Nick didn’t hold anything back, punching his opponent ferociously.

‘Oh, s**t! Oh my! Oooh! Oooh!’ Sabrina could be heard screaming as she endured the blow of Nick’s punches.

After finally managing to get a punch in herself, both Nick and Sabrina finished their fight and walked back to join the others in the line-up.

Sabrina then assured a seemingly shaken Nick that she was ‘fine’, as they stood awkwardly alongside each other.
