Shawn spent the holidays with his family and his girlfriend of 19 months, Camila Cabello, at his parents’ Pickering home where he stayed in his childhood bedroom in the basement.
Mendes and the Cuban-born, Miami-raised 23-year-old adopted their 14-week-old Golden Retriever puppy on November 4.
Camila’s older dogs – Shih Tzu Leo, long-haired Chihuahua Eugene, and black German Shepherd Thunder – are back at her home in Miami.

The Christmas Song crooners originally met in 2014 while serving as opening acts on Austin Mahone’s tour, and they’ve been looking for a Miami home to share – according to The Guardian.
Shawn told ET last month that he ‘absolutely’ plans on getting engaged to Cabello (born Karla Estrabao), whom he’s been best friends with since he was 15 years old.
‘At the same time, I know we are really young so I don’t want to jump, like, insanely fast,’ Mendes admitted.
