The Treat You Better singer seemed simply smitten with his new Golden Retriever pooch Tarzan while out in Toronto on Wednesday.
The Canadian crooner, 22, looked thrilled to reunite with his puppy while picking the furry fellow up from the groomer.

Shawn was bundled up for the winter weather, donning a heavy jacket over a white hoodie, as well as dark pants and a thick scarf with a matching beanie.
Rocking a pandemic-approved hairstyle, the boyfriend/collaborator of Camila Cabello had his long hair tied back into a messy bun.
The pop star melted as soon as he saw Tarzan, falling to his knees to give his buddy a good scratch behind the ears.

Mendes shared his first photo of little Tarzan back in December, over a month after his other half welcomed the blonde bombshell on her own Instagram.
Shawn took a festive tone for his pre-Christmas post, sharing a black and white shot of his new pride and joy and writing: ‘I mean comeawn. Sweet Christmas puppy boy.’
Tarzan is just the latest addition to Mendes and Cabello’s animal family.
They’re also pet-parents to German Shepard Thunder, a Shih Tzu named Leo, and Eugene the long-haired Chihuahua.

And their furry offspring aren’t the only thing making it clear they’re in it for the long haul.
Shawn brought his girlfriend of 18-months home to Toronto for the holidays after spending much of the pandemic in Miami, Florida with the former Fifth Harmony singer’s family.
The Stitches singer talked about taking his girlfriend home to the family with People last month, saying: ‘Camila’s coming with me, and we’re going to be quarantining in my parents’ house — so, back in my childhood bedroom, and we’ll be with my immediate family.
‘I haven’t looked forward to something so much in so long — it’s really like counting down the minutes.’
