Sean Penn, 59, and Leila George, 28, step out with face masks to do some grocery shopping in New York City
Sean Penn and his longtime girlfriend Leila George stayed safe with face masks as they headed out.
The 59-year-old two-time Oscar-winning actor and his 28-year-old girlfriend were seen wearing face masks on Wednesday as they did some grocery shopping.
The couple were also seen without masks at times during their outing, as they headed out to stock up.

Penn was spotted wearing an olive green shirt for his Core non-profit group under a navy blue coat, with a black face mask covering his mouth and nose.
He was also wearing grey pants and brown boots, with a small bottle of hand sanitizer seen attached to his belt as he lifted his coat.
The actor has been dating George, the daughter of Vincent D’Onofrio and Greta Scacchi, since 2016.

George was spotted wearing a black hoodie and skin-tight black pants with black combat boots during the outing.
The actress had her hair tied back in a ponytail and was carrying a green coat and two phones with her.
Aside from wearing masks like he and George are, Penn has been doing his part to help get free COVID-19 tests.

Penn and his non-profit organization, Community Organized Relief Effort (CORE) teamed up with Roots Community Health Center in San Jose, CA to provide free COVID-19 tests.
The walk-up testing site will be held at the parking lot of the Antioch Baptist Church at 268 E. Julian Street in San Jose.
Penn has also set up free testing sites in other cities such as Chicago, Los Angeles and Oakland, with the new San Jose sit expected to test upwards of 200 people on Wednesday.

Penn was last seen on the big screen in The Professor and the Madman last year, and he also played himself in an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm earlier this year.
He also returns behind the camera as a director with his upcoming film Flag Day, which he also stars in.
The film, about a father who lives a double life as a counterfeiter and bank robber, also stars Josh Brolin, Miles Teller and Katheryn Winnick.
