Sam Worthington steps out with a stylish mini manbun as he heads to a rehearsal in Sydney
Sam Worthington recently returned to Australia to star in the Sydney Theatre Company production of Wesley Enoch directed comedy, Appropriate.
On Wednesday, the Aussie actor was spotted heading to rehearsals in Sydney.
The 44-year-old showed off a surprising new look by sporting a mini manbun hairstyle.

He cut a casual figure in a pair of black jeans and a matching T-shirt, and accessorised with a black baseball cap and sunglasses.
While Sam is busy with stage work now, there’s currently buzz that he’ll be back on the big screen in the future for the long-awaited sequel to Avatar.
Avatar 2 is said to take place 12 years after the events of the first movie, following Jake Sully, played by Sam Worthington, as he continues to roam the planet of Pandora with the new family he has with Neytiri, played by Zoe Saldana.

It also stars Sigourney Weaver, Giovanni Ribisi, Joel David Moore, Edie Falco, Cliff Curtis, Oona Chaplin, Vin Diesel, Michelle Yeoh and David Thewlis.
Avatar 2 is currently slated to premiere on December 16, 2022 and Avatar 3 on December 20, 2024.
There are also plans for two more sequels that have release dates of December 18, 2026 and December 22, 2028, respectively.

However, Cameron has stated that they wouldn’t be made if Avatar 2 and Avatar 3 don’t make any money.
The original 2009 film became the highest-grossing movie of all time, raking-in $2.79 billion worldwide on a $237 million budget and winning nine Academy Award nominations.
Sam was last seen in the Netflix film, Fractured.
