The NFL star’s delivery room dilemma comes as he tweeted his concern about returning to football training during the pandemic.

On Sunday, he tweeted: ‘I am concerned. My wife is pregnant. @NFL Training camp is about to start.. And there’s still No Clear Plan on Player Health & Family Safety.

‘We want to play football but we also want to protect our loved ones,’ he said, adding the hashtag, #WeWantToPlay.

Wilson and Ciara, who celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary on July 6, announced in January that they were having a sibling for their daughter Sienna, three.

The new baby will be Ciara’s third child as she also shares a son Future, six, with her ex, the rapper Future.

In an interview with British Vogue recently, she explained that she feels she has to be ‘really cautious’ about being pregnant during the pandemic.

She shared how hard it had been to go for an ultrasound at the hospital by herself and without her husband.

‘We women carry the baby, but for my husband, being in the room and listening to the heartbeat in real time is one of his ways of connecting,’ she explained. ‘For him not to be part of that was a symbol of this time that we’re living through.’
