Rove McManus and wife Tasma Walton continue extensive renovations of their $6.4million Bronte home – after angry locals labelled the project ‘excessive’ and ‘disruptive’
They’ve been renovating their $6.4 million Bronte mansion for two years.
And Rove McManus, 46, and wife Tasma Walton, 46, appear to be approaching the final stages of their extensive project.
New photos show that the ultra-modern home itself is nearing completion, however there still appears to be work left to do at the front of the property.

The sandstone fencing appears unfinished, while patches of grass are missing in the front yard.
The property also appears to be something of an eyesore, with a number of building materials and wheelie bins placed outside the driveway.
The site has also been cordoned off with liberally-strewn black-and-yellow tape.

It comes after angry neighbours reportedly described the building works as ‘excessive’, ‘disruptive’ and ‘inappropriate’ last year.
The couple purchased the five-bedroom property, which overlooks Bronte Beach and boasts a home library and temperature-controlled wine cellar, in 2016 after selling their Avalon home.
It is understood the couple made multiple attempts to have a planning application approved to build on the sloping block.

After Waverley Council approved the plans in late 2017, work began on the property in 2018.
The proposed renovations could potentially add $4million to the value of the home.
Media personality Rove and actress Tasma were married in 2009.
The couple, who share a young daughter named Ruby, previously lived in America and still own a house in Los Angeles.
Rove is best known as the host of long-running talk show Rove Live. He also runs the production company Roving Enterprises.
