Rhian Sugden likens herself to TV icon Charlie Dimmock as she gets to work on her garden amid lockdown (yet opts against her famous no bra look!)

Charlie Dimmock was an icon of 90s TV thanks to her braless gardening on garden makeover show Ground Force.

And while the show wrapped up 15 years ago, her legacy lives on, as glamour model Rhian Sugden took to Instagram on Wednesday to liken herself to the star.

The beauty, 33, shared a snap while working in her garden, while adding the caption: ‘They see me mowing, they hating. Charlie Dimmock eat your heart out #gardenlife’.

Rhian looked stunning in the snap as she posed with a spade in hand while looking totally flawless – seemingly not getting too grubby in the process.

Last week, Rhian shared an update with fans on her ongoing IVF journey, which has been put on ‘hold’ due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

She has been open with fans about her fertility struggles and previous failed rounds of IVF, most recently just before Christmas.

The former page 3 model took to her Twitter to share the update,  writing: ”Our fertility clinic has closed due to #COVID19 so we are currently on hold until further notice. Good things come to those who wait right?’

Fans shared kind words in response to her honesty, one said: ‘Hang in there, it’s so tough. The waiting, the failed cycles, the treatment itself…

‘Took me 3 IUI and 6 IVF cycles before I got lucky & had my twin boys. Wishing you so much luck when you get going again’

Another shared: ‘Sending you my best wishes, hope that when the current crisis is over you’ll be able to move forward and have a great outcome. Good luck’.

Last month she revealed that her second round of IVF has failed, following her first attempt in September. The model who is married to former Coronation Street actor Oliver Mellor, 39, said that was ‘broken’ by the news.

The Sun reports that she underwent 10 gruelling days of hormone injections and was left hopeful after one of her eggs had fertilised.

However, her hopes were dashed when after an agonising two-week wait to see if she was pregnant ended up with the test coming back negative.
