The former Olympic Swimmer, 31, shared a series of adorable snaps as she paid tribute to her beau, who she gushed over in an accompanying caption.

Rebecca has been dating Andrew since January 2018 and Rebecca looked back on their romance fondly as she marked his birthday.
The happy couple met through the Bumble dating app and moved in together last summer, and are now expecting a baby boy.
In one of the images from her birthday tribute to the hunk, the pair wore sunglasses as the athlete donned a bikini and Andrew gave her a piggy back in the pool.
In another, Rebecca looked stunning in a blue top and cream blazer, smiling widely next to her partner as the sun beamed down behind them.

She shared a snap on her Instagram of her swollen ankle propped up with pillows while she watched I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!.
In a caption alongside the picture, she admitted she has been forced to ‘resort to crawling’ after her injury because it is ‘too painful to walk’.
