‘This is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met’: Rachael Finch gushes over her husband Michael Miziner as she shares a photo of him sleeping while they isolate in Sydney

Rachael Finch is currently isolating with her husband and children in Sydney’s Bondi amid the coronavirus pandemic lockdowns.

And on Sunday, the mother-of-two gushed over her ‘hardworking’ husband, Michael Miziner, as she spent time with him at home.

Rachael, 31, shared a photo of Michael sleeping and wrote: ‘Despite what you see this is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. But balance is crucial.’

She continued: ‘Without the rest, repair and self care, it’s impossible to conquer your dreams or reach your full potential.’

‘What is it that YOU need to balance you out? More movement? Cleaner food? Sleep? Video catch-up with your girlfriend? Everyone will have a different answer. Always take the time to tune in to your body and listen.’

Rachael’s post comes after she urged parents to look after themselves during the coronavirus pandemic lockdown.

In a series of videos posted to Instagram Stories, the model reminded her followers to ‘nurture and nourish’ themselves during the difficult times.

Sitting in what appeared to have been an at-home sauna, a sweaty-looking Rachael said to the camera: ‘Angels, just a reminder to make sure you fill up your cup.’

She continued: ‘Super challenging times at the moment, being at home constantly in a confined space with the kids, particularly if yours are different ages and require different levels of attention and activity.’

‘Full-time work – it’s just really full on at the moment,’ she said as she sat wrapped in a towel with her long brunette hair tied up.

‘So, find space, some sort of time throughout your day to nurture yourself, nourish yourself, and fill your cup,’ Rachael continued.

Rachael shares daughter Violet, six, and son Dominic, three, with husband-of-seven-years and said her and her partner share parenting duties equally.
