Pregnant Chezzi Denyer discusses feeling ‘mum guilt’ after suffering crippling pregnancy condition

She is a doting mother to two young girls, who she shares with her husband Grant Denyer.

And now Chezzi Denyer has candidly discussed her feelings of ‘mum guilt’ after experiencing a crippling pregnancy condition.

The 41-year-old, who is currently expecting her third child, told Now To Love she’s been in-and-out of hospital suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum – which causes severe nausea, vomiting and dehydration.

‘I just felt so bad’: Pregnant Chezzi Denyer has discussed feeling ‘mum guilt’ after suffering from a crippling pregnancy condition on Tuesday

‘I was actually visiting hospital every second day just to get three bags of fluid and anti-vomiting medication. And, I’m still on a lot of medication,’ she said.

It was during that time Chezzi admitted to feeling ‘a bit of mum guilt,’ particularly when it came to being there for her daughters Sailor, nine, and Scout, five.

The TV producer said: ‘It was almost three months where I was totally bedridden and the kids would come in and I just felt so bad because some days I could only give them ice blocks or I could make them a piece of toast.’

‘Even things like the kids will have swimming lessons or something on the weekend and I haven’t washed the towels,’ she added.

But in recent weeks, Chezzi said the symptoms of her HG have eased and that she is hoping enjoy the rest of her pregnancy.

This comes following speculation the Denyers have apparently decided to approach TV networks about the idea of turning their smash-hit podcast series It’s All True? into a TV show.

‘It would make sense for the Denyers to film a reality show and have cameras following them around in their hometown of Bathurst,’ a source told New Idea.

The couple certainly aren’t shy when it comes to sharing details about their marriage, parenting and health issues on social media. Meanwhile, their young daughters are also ‘little performers who love entertaining.’

‘If Ten haven’t thought about it already, they should. Plus, Grant doesn’t appear to have too much on his plate at the moment,’ the insider added.
