A fan also asked the model and influencer for marriage advice, when Krystal replied and said that it’s best to not ‘compare’ relationships.

‘A few things we try to apply to our marriage are: trying not to compare our relationship to someone else’s (this is so much easier said than done) but I think it’s important to realise that no ones relationship is perfect.’

She said that she and Neil ‘argue all the time,’ but they know the importance of ‘being quick to forgive.’

She added that you have to ‘fight for what you love.’

‘Once upon a time I would have never even let him see me without a full face of makeup, but now I feel like I’ve got absolutely nothing left to hide, I guess once they’ve witnessed you giving birth nothing is sacred anymore right!?

Krystal – who has modelled for the likes of Ralph, FHM and Zoo Weekly – said she sometimes feels ‘insecure’ about her body while pregnant.

‘I still have those fleeting moments where I might feel a little insecure about my ever growing pregnancy bod, the varicose veins and the hail damage but then he will tell me that I’ve never looked more beautiful and for him that this is the most attractive I’ve ever been…’ she wrote.

‘Not when I’ve got rockhard abs and toned, dimple-free legs, but when my body is doing the most amazing thing ever, carrying his child!’

The influencer revealed how some pregnant women make themselves look toned and flawless on Instagram by striking very specific poses.

She shared side-by-side selfies to demonstrate how posing differently in each one had completely changed her appearance.

She explained that when taking pregnancy selfies, women have the opportunity to either highlight the flattering changes to their bodies or ‘fixate on the flaws’.

‘Pregnancy can look very different depending on what we choose to focus our attention on. We have a choice to either fixate on the “flaws”, the changes our body is going through that maybe aren’t as welcomed as others,’ began Krystal.

‘Or we can choose to take the good with the not so good and shift our focus to the amazing transformations our body is going through. Thanking it for all that it has done and continues to do for us, commending it for being such an incredible vessel that can create and carry life within it.

‘Let’s challenge our own minds, let’s take on those silly thoughts we all have about ourselves at times and drown them out with gratitude because after all, just because something isn’t “perfect” does it really make it any less beautiful.’
