Shanna Moakler was seen on Thursday in public for the first time since showing off her newly trim figure.
The 45-year-old model temporarily broke her self-quarantine for a trip to a liquor store in Los Angeles.

Shanna looked relaxed and sporty in a gray sweatshirt with a white star over her chest that revealed a hint of her taut midriff.
She paired it with short black leggings that showed off her toned legs, along with simple black sneakers and a cell phone carrier strapped across her shoulder.
The 5ft8in former Playboy wore her blonde tresses in gentle waves cascading over her shoulders, and she observed LA’s order for citizens to wear a face covering while visiting public places.
She made a stop inside the store and emerged with some purchases in a black bag.

Shanna previously debuted her new athletic figure in a before and after comparison posted to Instagram on Monday.
The former Miss USA pasted a photo of herself going bra-free in a red crop top and short black leggings similar to the ones she wore to the liquor store, along with a more recent photo showing considerable weight loss.
She credited her initial weight gain to a doctor who gave her unnecessary hormone that led to a 40lb weight gain, along with eating ‘like s*** because I was in a completely unhealthy relationship.’
The intensive transformation required surgery to repair her abdominal muscles after they were damaged giving birth, along with custom-made nutritional plans and a new workout regimen.

Absent from Shanna’s outing were her three children: Atiana De La Hoya, 21, whom she shares with the boxer Oscar De La Hoya, and her two children with Blink-182 drummer Travis Bark, Landon Barker, 16, and Alabama Barker, 14.
Moakler was in a relationship with De La Hoya from 1997 to 2000, and married Barker from 2004 until their 2008 divorce.
