Pixie Lott ditches her blonde curls for honey brown sleek locks in dramatic transformation

She’s been sharing footage of her numerous adventures while largely cooped up at home during the UK’s COVID-19 lockdown.

And Pixie Lott, 29, showed off the results of the loosening lockdown rules on Monday, when she unveiled her brand new hairdo after a trip to the salon.

The singer looked sensational as she debuted her sleek new look on Instagram, showing that she’d ditched her blonde curls in favour of a sleek honey brown ‘do.

The south London native’s freshly styled tresses fell beyond her shoulders in soft waves with a centre parting.

Complementing her new look, the star highlighted her natural good looks with a rich palette of makeup, while she donned a bright floral minidress from Rixo.

Captioning her selfie, the Cry Me Out singer wrote: ‘Thank you so much to my colour queen @harrietmuldoon at @larrykinghair.’  

In late May, Pixie shared an insight of her day out with fiancé Oliver Cheshire as they enjoyed a takeaway Nandos in the park together.

Oliver joked that his other half was ‘brave’ as she tucked into a chicken wrap with the brand’s notoriously spicy Extra Hot sauce.

It appeared the couple should currently be in Greece, as Pixie shared a snap of crisps and tzatziki dip, which originates from the country.

She wrote: ‘Tzatziki and Kettle chips to make up for not being in Greece right now.’

Pixie Lott recently revealed her ‘clumsiness’ has seen her hospitalised during lockdown.

She shared a series of Instagram photos in May, documenting lockdown life with Oliver.

As well as dressing up for date nights at home, indulging in delicious food and sunbathing in her bikini, Pixie admitted she has been in hospital ‘a couple of times.’ 

Sharing a photo of herself with a mask covering her face and dressed in a hospital gown while recovering on a ward, Pixie explained: 

‘Your clumsy cat has had a couple of hosp visits (not covid related) and I’m all good.’

She went on to thank the ‘lovely and amazing nurses and doctors at her local hospital in East London.

Pixie also shared a photo of herself enthusiastically clapping for NHS workers during the weekly Clap for Carers on Thursday nights. 

Aside from her hospital visits, the star has been keeping busy with her model fiancé during lockdown in their London home, sharing snaps of their home cooking, family Zoom quizzes and sunbathing sessions in their garden.

The long-term couple were planning to get married at some point this year, and it’s not known if they have been forced to postpone their big day. 

Pixie revealed to MailOnline last October that she had big plans for 2020, including trying to squeeze in six hen dos before her wedding. 

Revealing how she first asked her pals and family to be apart of her big day, the singer said: ‘We did a whole shebang and I made little parcels, which is how they all found out, but we’ve done one hen do so far but I did say we were going to have six, so I need to try and fit that in before the wedding.’

Pixie’s ‘lovely’ entourage of 18 will include her best friends from school, cousins and family friends, who she said she is desperate to find the perfect dress for.Detailing her stress over finding the right gown, she said:

 ‘I just want to make sure I get a dress that they’re all happy with because they’re all different shapes and sizes and I want them to all wear the same thing – apart from the little flower girls.’
