Pip Edwards seeks ‘profound healing’ following split from Michael Clarke

She called it quits on her relationship with former cricketer Michael Clarke earlier this month.

And on Saturday, Pip Edwards spent some time to herself for some ‘profound healing’.

The P.E Nation designer, 41, indulged in a day of ‘breath work’ and meditation, which she shared with her followers on Instagram. 

In a post, she was seen undertaking a ‘transformation workout’ class at KAAIAA, which focuses on the mind body and soul through breathing techniques and Pilates-based bodyweight sequences.

‘Breath work, body work, meditation, integration = profound healing,’ the beauty captioned her post, alongside a tag of the business and instructor Leah Simmons.

While Pip herself was not pictured in the photo, it oozed relaxation while sharing a glimpse into how she was de-stressing from a week of work.

A Pilates mat could be seen on the floor of a dimmed room in the photo, as well as fairy lights and white curtains, blocking natural light from getting in.

Pip’s day to herself follows letting her hair down on Thursday by indulging in a night of beauty duty.

In a post, she was seen working all her best angles while donning a $26 face mask and nursing what appears to be a glass of red wine. 

She looked like she was in good spirits for the occasion as she toasted the moment alongside her friend, Tanja Gacic.

Pip wore a blue tank top, which she teamed with a necklace, watch and several bracelets on her left wrist. 

Pip and Michael, 39, are understood to have split in recent weeks, less than a year after the pair went public with their relationship. 

They were inseparable for much of their romance, but neither has featured on the other’s Instagram since Australia Day.
