And Pharrell Williams is hoping to find a new buyer for his impressive Beverly Hills mansion after listing the massive abode for $16.95million.

The 46-year-old entertainer’s home sits on four lush acres overlooking the City of Angels from its prime Mulholland Drive location. 

Situated behind gates and down a 200-foot-long private driveway, the Happy singer’s home is a tranquil retreat from the bustling city.
