The Real Housewife of Melbourne star, 56, was ejected into a swamp after incorrectly guessing the number of eyeballs in a jar, during a tiebreaker challenge with Alli Simpson.
Both Pettifleur and Alli had incorrectly guessed the number of toads in the ‘hell hole of destiny’ in a previous challenge, while Ash Williams was saved from elimination.
