The 49-year-old Top Chef hostess hit the red carpet at Carnegie Hall in a sleek black outfit that emphasized her hourglass figure.
She modeled a gleaming black blouse that she tucked into a pair of skintight high-waisted jeans for the big event.

Padma, who was born in the south Indian city Chennai, added a touch of dazzle to the look with a couple of necklaces.
She posed up with author Gloria Steinem, reporter Ronan Farrow, Variety editor Claudia Eller, producer Paul Buccieri and tennis icon Billie Jean King.
Padma, Billie Jean, Claudia and Gloria were gathered together that day for a panel discussion moderated by Ronan.
While on the red carpet Padma also posed for a duo shot with Gloria, who stylishly clashed a scarlet scarf against a black outfit.

The onstage discussion involved #MeToo and Harvey Weinstein, who this week was convicted of third degree rape and a criminal sexual act.
Ronan was one of the first reporters to break sexual misconduct allegations against Harvey, kicking off the #MeToo movement in late 2017.
Padma said of her 10-year-old daughter Krishna: ‘I don’t want her to go into the arts and be confronted by some pig like Harvey Weinstein.’
She argued, according to Variety: ‘You can change laws, but if you don’t change the culture and the mentality, those laws will not be implemented.’
