The O2 mobile network is down and has left thousands of British workers struggling to make phone calls while they try to work from home.

O2 says it is aware some users are having difficulties with their voice network and that they are investigating the issue.

The first issues were reported to Down Detector at about 9:14 GMT with concerns raised from across the country.

The company said in a statement that updates on progress to fix the network would be shared as soon they are available.
